In view of the
decision of this Court in the case of Jadhav Shankar Dyandeo
(supra), which follows the decision of the Apex Court in State
of Uttar Pradesh (supra), the grievance raised by the
Petitioner at this late stage, i.e. when the elections are to be
held on 15th January, 2021, cannot be entertained.
