The Learned Counsel has also
referred to a decision reported in 2011 CTJ 365 (NC) [Sahara India Commercial
Corporation Ltd. & Anr. Vs. C. Madhu Babu] wherein it was held that when
there is a written agreement between the parties, the Consumer Forum has to
consider rendering relief to the consumer in the light of such agreement; it
was not open to them to add or subtract in all the conditions or words thereof.
