In view of the facts and circumstances of the case
and keeping in view the law laid down by the Hon'ble
15 OA No.3787/2017
Supreme Court in the case of Ramesh Kumar (supra) and
also the order/judgment of a co-ordinate Bench in the
case of P.C. Misra (supra), we are of the considered view
that the present OA lacks merit and deserves to be
dismissed. We order accordingly. We leave the parties to
bear their respective costs.
