Naidu (Supra) Hon'ble Court observed that High Court at the stage of
investigation must not examine the nature of transaction or whether any
offence was actually committed by the accused persons or not. Only
enquiry that can be undertaken is to see as to whether the complaint or
FIR contains allegation of any offence.
