23.In the case titled as 'Sushil Sharma vs BSES Rajdhani Power
Ltd.' in Crl. Appeal No.1060/10 decided on 22.12.2010, the
Hon'ble Delhi High Court has held that non-examination of
independent/public witness is no infirmity as the members of the
inspection team who deposed in the court, were having no enmity
against the appellant and their testimonies are trustworthy.
