In trying to find out under what occasion a caveatable interest can be said to exist, in the case of Shanti Devi Agarwala v. Kusum Kumari Sarkar, 1971 (2) Cut WR 704 = (AIR 1972.Orissa 178) I accepted Mr. Raniit Mohanty's contention and upheld the view expressed by Sir Ashutosh Mookerjee, J. in the Calcutta case referred to above.
