filed within reasonable period from date of alleged act of domestic
violence. It has been held by Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in case of
Inderjit Singh Grewal Vs. State of Punjab (2011) 12 SCC 588 that
" In view of the provisions of Section 468 Cr.P.C. that the
complaint could be filed only within a period of one year
from the date of the incident seem to be preponderous.
