the testimony of the prosecutrix coupled with the evidence of eye-
witness Mohan Singh (PW-2) and FIR (Ex.-P/1) is sufficient to convict
the appellant Surendra @ Monu for wrongful confinement of the
prosecutrix, criminal intimidation and rape with the prosecutrix.
