from the testimony of prosecution witnesses accused and deceased were
last seen together on September 25, 2005. From the post mortem report
the death had taken place either on 23.9.2005 or 24.9. 2005 In those
peculiar facts, Hon`ble Court refused to place any reliance on the evidence
of last scene. Admittedly, facts of the case in hand are totally different.
