16. Learned counsel appearing for the appellant cited a decision
passed by the Single Judge of Allahabad High Court in Smt.Abha Aggarwal
vs. Sunil Aggarwal, AIR 2000 All 377. That was a case where mental
cruelty caused to the husband was established by reliable evidence adduced
by the husband himself. Here, in the instant case, the allegation of cruelty
has not been established by the evidence adduced by the appellant.
