the absence of Kalu Ram (supra), the Limitation Act
would not apply because the PP Act does not
explicitly incorporate it. While Section 9 of the PP Act
provides a limitation period for filing appeals, Section
7 thereof contains no such provision. However, Kalu
Ram clarifies that the Limitation Act does apply to
proceedings under the PP Act.
