Acrylics Ltd., and Anr. vs. Presiding Officer, Labour Court,
Patiala & Ors. wherein it is held that :
"Compensation to each workman, in lieu of
reinstatement when the termination of the
workman has been held to be illegal, would be
appropriate whereas the workman has worked
only for less than three years and over 15 years
have passed from termination."
