12. A Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, in W.P. No.
28448/2023 by order dated 19.12.2023, while referring to the
judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Anuj Garg v. Hotel
Association of India, (2008) 3 SCC 1, directed the respondent
police not to interfere with or obstruct the functioning of the
petitioner's establishments merely on the ground that they had
employed women.
