Mandali Ranganna & Ors. Etc vs T. Ramachandra & Ors on 30 April, 2008

9. It has been held by the Apex Court in Mandali Ranganna v. T.Ramachandra 1 that a person, who kept quiet for long time and allowed another to deal with the property exclusively, ordinarily would not be entitled to an order of injunction. The court will not interfere only because the property is a very valuable one. Grant or refusal of injunction has serious consequence depending upon the nature thereof. It has been held that courts dealing with such matters must make all endeavours to protect the interest of the parties.
