After getting medical aid from SRHC Hospital, I
went to police chowki, where police officials met
me and I gave statement to the police officials,
who recorded my statement Ex. PW4/A bearing
my signature at point A.
My blood stained clothes i.e. baniyan was taken
by the police and put in a plastic jar, converted
into a pulanda and sealed by the police. The said
pulanda was taken into possession vide seizure
memo Ex. PW4/B bearing my signature at point
A.
Later on I gave my medical treatment documents
to the police which were seized vide seizure
memo Ex. PW4/C bearing my signature at point
A.
On 19.06.2018, my blood sample was taken in
SRHC Hospital. I accompanied with the police
