In respect of A11 for the alleged offences under Section 468 and other
offences, he was convicted relied upon the decision of the Hon'ble Supreme
Court in the case of Monica Bedi Vs. State of Andhra Pradesh reported in
2011 (1) SCC 284, in connection with the similar set of facts and similar set
of evidence. On perusal of the evidence of PW3/Manivel and Ex.P.10,
Ex.P30, Ex.P.35, the trial Court has rendered a finding that A11 has
committed offences.
