In view of the admitted position that the matter has been
compromised between the parties and having recourse to the provisions
of Section 320(6) Cr.P.C. as well as law laid down by Division Bench of
this Court in Sube Singh's case (supra), the present petition is allowed,
judgment and order of sentence dated 19.04.2007 passed by learned
Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Nawanshahr including judgment dated
09.08.2010 passed by learned Sessions Judge, Saheed Bhagat Singh
Nagar are set aside and petitioner is acquitted of the charges framed
against him.
