Further as has been observed by the Madras High Court in the case of M/s. S.K. Shenbagamoorthy & Brothers Vs. Union of India and others (supra), in the case in hand I do not find any provision under the Order, 2005 which empowers the Corporation to delegate its power of search and seizure to its agent.
