delay and latches clearly defeated the claim of interim
mandatory injunction in favour of the respondents and
that actually, the judgment rendered in a case titled Tek
Singh versus Shashi Verma and others, reported in AIR
2019 SC 1047, has been wrongly interpreted by the
learned First Appellate Court.
