the petitioners. Her clients want to obtain the
benefit of the decision of this Court in the case of
Amina Khatun & Ors. Vs. Birbhum District Primary
School Council & Ors.(in Civil Appeal No. 1071 of
2019) decided on 24th January, 2019. The petitioners
admittedly do not have the requisite qualification
for additional weightage in terms of the applicable
Rules.
