learned counsels for the applicant and the respondents
reiterated the arguments mentioned in their respective
pleadings. The learned counsel for the applicant also
produced @ copy of the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme
Court in Krishna Kumar VS. Divisional Assistant
Electrical Engineer and Others, (1979) AIR SC 1912, to
support his claim about the incompetence of the Disciplinary
authority.
