financial capacity of the respondent. Although, it is true that prima
facie cheque in question is bearing the signature of appellant in a
different ink and handwriting with that of other particulars, however,
same also is of no help to the case of the appellant in view of judgment
of Hon'ble Apex Court in Bir Singh Vs. Mukesh Kumar (2019) 4
SCC 197.
