This criminal revision has been filed challenging order dated 17.5.2004 passed by Additional District and Sessions Judge (Fast Track Court No. 1), Basti, in S.T. No. 27 of 2002 (State Vs. Gulam Husain and others), whereby the discharge application filed by the revisionist (Paper No. 16 Kha) has been rejected and it has further been directed that supplementary charge be framed against the accused revisionists under sections 5/9B of Explosives Act 1884.
