Yet again in Deddappa v. Branch
Manager, National Insurance Co. Ltd., 2008
ACJ 581 (SC), having regard to the provisions
contained in Section 64-VB of the Insurance
Act, 1938, in the fact situation obtaining
therein, it was opined:
