Act calling upon the accused to make the payment within 15
days of the receipt of the legal notice as prescribed u/s 138 of
the N.I. Even after the expiry of 15 days stipulated period
from the date of receipt of notice, the accused did not make
the payment and hence, the present case was filed by the
