State (NCT of Delhi)2 that mere recovery of tainted money is not sufficient to establish guilt under Section 7 of 'the Act' unless the demand and acceptance are proved beyond all reasonable doubt it is the contention of the learned Senior Counsel that there was neither direct nor admissible evidence of such demand or acceptance by the petitioner.
