Learned counsel for respondent no.4 submits that the that petitioner no.1 is minor; that present petition has been filed by petitioner no.2 by procuring forged documents, that F.I.R. has been already been lodged in the matter. It is further submitted that a Habeas Corpus Writ Petition No. 36 of 2022 (Alka Singh (Minor) Vs. State of U.P. and 5 Others) has already been filed on behalf of petitioner no.1 which is still pending.
