14. The aforesaid proposition gets support from the case law from Hon'ble Punjab &
Haryana High Court in the case of Nuchem Ltd. (supra), where similar claim of excise
duly refund was there and the addition was deleted on the ground that the same was not
to be accounted for till the matter attains finality.
