to as 'Cr.PC.') is directed against order dated 28.08.2021
(Hereinafter referred to as 'the impugned order') in Crl. Case
No. 5159/2019 titled as 'State vs. Rakesh Kumar' arising from
FIR No. 211/2013 under Section 420/468/471 of 'The Indian
Penal Code, 1860' (In short 'IPC') registered at PS I.P. Estate
whereby Ld. MM-03, Central, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi (In short
'the trial Court') framed charges under Section 420/511 and
471 IPC against the petitioner.
