But, subsequently,

the said decision was reviewed by the very same learned
Judge, which verdict has been reported in "Narayanan
Kutty Menon v State of Kerala" (2009(1) KLT 910). In
view of the above decision rendered in the Review Petition,
the learned counsel submits that, the petitioner would like to
pursue the remedy in terms of the decision cited (supra)
and that no further orders are necessary in the Writ Petition.
