World Human Rights Protection Council vs State Of Punjab & Ors on 24 September, 2008
Before parting with this order, it may be stated that the
petitioner shall be at liberty to initiate appropriate proceedings
against the police authorities, if they are not complying with the
directions of this Court as contained in World Human Rights
Protection Counsel and another vs. State of Punjab and others
(supra).
