10. It is pertinent to note that very same contention
was raised in Manager, LPGS, Veliyam, Kollam's case (supra)
as well as Kerala Aided LP& UP School Managers case (supra),
as can be seen from the relevant paragraphs of the judgments
extracted in paragraph 2 and 3 above. This Court issued
several directions, to Government while rejecting the prayers
for re-structuring of all the Schools.
