Tula Ram) is concerned the copy of the order is stated to be sent to the Principal District & Sessions Judge and a fresh reminder has also been issued. Pursuant to the order dated 24 th August, 2023, the Manager, SBI, Tis Hazari Branch had appeared before the Registrar General of this Court. Further time is sought on behalf of the SBI Bank as also the Registrar General to submit a report in respect of the amount deposited in this suit. Accordingly, a period of 2 weeks is granted to submit the said report.
