In support of the contention,
learned counsel has relied upon a decision of the Supreme Court
in the matter of "D.K.Trivedi & Sons and Ors. vs. State of Gujarat
& Ors.", 1986 (Supp) SCC 20. Learned AG submitted that the
decision of the State Government in issuing notification in
protecting the domestic industries and employment of 50000
persons is certainly in public interest which does not warrant any
interference by this Court in exercise of its extra ordinary
jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
