The learned counsel appearing for the respondent also submitted that even in the year 1957, the plaintiff's right was denied by the respondents/ defendants and the respondents asserted that they are enjoying the property in their own right and also denied the right of the plaintiff and as well as ousted him from the enjoyment of the property and therefore, the plaintiff is not entitled to the relief prayed for. The learned counsel also relied upon the judgement reported in A.I.R. ( 1995) Madras 200 in the case of (Marudanayagam Vs. Sola Pillai) in support of his contention.
