9. As per the ratio laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the
case (cited supra), when an application is filed under Order 41 Rule 27 r/w
Section 151 of C.P.C in the appeal stage for receiving additional documents,
the Appellate Court should hear the said application along with the appeal
and the application should not be heard independently.
