24. So far as CRA No.1246/2023 (Dayaram vs. State of M.P.) is
concerned, the appeal has been preferred for enhancement of the sentence of
the accused persons i.e. respondent no.2 to 8. In light of the above findings,
this Court find no substance in the appeal and the same is hereby dismissed.
