In fact, Hon'ble Supreme Court in case
of ICICI Bank Ltd. v. Prakash Kaur, (2007) 2 SCC 711, has
deprecated the practice adopted by banks of taking forcible
possession of vehicles by hiring recovery agents. The relevant
