The present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed with the prayer to quash the charge sheet dated 20.11.2016, cognizance/summoning order dated 27.05.2019 alongwith non bailable warrant and Sections 82, 83 Cr.P.C.dated 03.03.2023 passed by the Judicial Magistrate-II Aonla, Bareilly as well as the entire criminal proceeding of Case No. 2059 of 2021 (State Vs. Amarpal and another) arising out of Case Crime No. 244 of 2016, under Sections 308, 323, 324, 325, 504 IPC, Police Station Sirauli, District Bareilly, pending before the Judicial Magistrate-II Aonla, Bareilly.
