7. Further, Hon'ble Delhi High Court in the judgement Udai
Kumar Yadav Vs. State (NCT of Delhi), CRL. M.A.14484/2013 has
observed that the Court will go for ossification test for ascertaining the age
of the convict when matriculation certificate or equivalent certificate or
the date of birth certificate from the school first attended or any birth
certificate issued by a Corporation or Municipal authority or a Panchayat or
Municipality is not available.
