Decision - In the above case, the Governing Body was
informed of point 14 of the judgment dated 19.09.2025. it
was also informed that all almost all general pathological
and radiological tests (MRIs) are being performed at
RIMS, Ranchi, except for MRIs and Pet Scan. All
department heads have been directed not to send patients
outside for testing. Patients will be provided with MRI
testing facilities after the MRI machine is installed and
operational within one month.
