8 On the basis of the above said allegations as contained in the plaint, the plaintiff has prayed for a decree of declaration to the effect that the judgment and orders dated 27.11.2008 passed by the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi in W.P.(C) no. 5859/2005 in the case titled as S. Mahender Singh Vs. DDA be declared as null and void being fraudulently obtained.
