The integrated seniority list dated 01.11.2013 of Group-B officers, prepared taking into consideration the date of joining in the new zone was challenged before the Allahabad Bench of the Tribunal in OA 2200/2014 ($.M.Pandey & Anr. Vs. UOI & Ors.), The Allahabad Bench of the Tribunal placing reliance on the decision of the Jodhpur Bench of the CAT in DA 64/2007, Jabalpur Bench of the Tribunal in OA Nos. 7, 8, 9, 25 and 38 of 2006, which was upheld by the Hon'ble High Court of Jabalpur, and Principal Bench of the Tribunal in OA No. 1563/2016 on the same Issue, quashed the seniority list dated 01.11.2013 with a direction to assign the seniority taking into consideration the date of taking over the charge of Group-B officer and issue revised seniority list. Further, it was directed that after issuing the revised seniority list, DPC be convened for promotion to Group-A /Jr. Scale on the basis of corrected seniority pasition.
