D.B.Civil Special Appeal (W) No.1097/2013 wherein it has been
held that in view of Sec.22 of the UGC Act, the Deemed
University is not competent to award Diploma and that being
so, the very diploma obtained by the petitioner from a Deemed
University in absence of having competence to award Diploma,
the earlier registration of the petitioner has been cancelled.
