The authorities referred to by learned counsel for the petitioners Kulwant Singh vs. State of Punjab 2005(2) RCR (Criminal) 975 related to compound of offences, here there is reference to the parties having compromise the matter, but then nobody from side of complainant come forward to concede this fact. Therefore, the offences more particularly one under Section 326 IPC cannot be allowed to be compounded.
