While coming to this conclusion, we are also mindful of the
observations of the Apex Court about the said scope while
dealing with Letters Patent Appeal contained in para 5 of the
decision in the case of Management of Narendra & Company
Private Limited v. Workmen of Narendra & Company
reported in (2016) 3 SCC 340, we see no reason to interfere with
the findings of the learned Single Judge. Thus, the appeal lacks
merit, and deserves to be dismissed.
