This writ petition was adjourned sine die vide order dated
08.08.2017. Now the petitioners have filed an application for withdrawal of
the writ petition and to approach the Financial Commissioner, Revenue,
Haryana, by filing the ROR under Section 16 of the Punjab and Land
Revenue Act, 1887 in the light of the order/clarification dated 18.05.2017
passed by this Court in CWP No. 10722 of 2017 titled as Balwan Singh and
others vs. State of Haryana and others.
