writ petition, which is a common order in the other cases as well, that the case

Court has recorded the submissions of the learned counsel for the writ
petitioner that there is no surplus teacher in the School, where the first
respondent is working and also recorded the submission that the same issue
was dealt with in the case of the Director of Elementary Education and
