20. In instant case, there is no dispute about
insurer having place of business within territorial
jurisdiction of Tribunal. Therefore, ratio of decision of
Hon'ble Supreme Court in Malati Sardar's case (supra),
referring to its earlier decision in Mantoo Sarkar's case
(supra), would clinch issue. Finding of Tribunal on its
territorial jurisdiction would not call for interference.
