The learned counsel for the complainants has submitted that some of the issues arising for consideration in this complaint are covered by the decision of this Commission dated 8.10.2018 passed in Consumer Complaint No.1501 of 2017 - Firoza Pradeep Kumar Roy & Anr. Vs. Housing Development and Infrastructure Ltd. which pertained to an allotment made in this very project of the OP.
